58. צינון בשר בבית מטבחיים
תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשס״ו
לא יוציא אדם בשר גולמי מתחום בית מטבחיים אלא לאחר שעבר אחד התהליכים המפורטים להלן:
(1)צינון לטמפרטורה של 8 מעלות צלזיוס לפחות מעל לאפס;
(2)הקפאה לטמפרטורה של 10 מעלות צלזיוס לפחות מתחת לאפס.
