41. שינויים בתוספות
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשכ״ה־3, תשל״א, תשע״ה, תשפ״ב־2
(א)השר רשאי, בתקנות ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, לשנות את התוספות לפקודה, כולן או מקצתן, להוסיף עליהן ולגרוע מהן, ובלבד שלא יוספו לתוספת האחת עשרה עבירות שאינן עבירות קנס; הוראות סעיף קטן זה לא יחולו לעניין התוספת הארבע עשרה.
(ב)תקנות שעניינן שינוי התוספת האחת עשרה יותקנו בהסכמת שר המשפטים, השר לביטחון הפנים ושר הפנים, ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת.
