56. סמכות הרשות לפסול נהגים מסוכנים
היתה רשות הרישוי משוכנעת, על פי ראיות שהובאו לפניה, כי בדרך נהיגתו של בעל רשיון נהיגה יש משום סכנה לעוברי דרך, או שבעל רשיון הנהיגה הוא פרוע או מופרע, רשאית היא, בהחלטה מנומקת ולאחר שניתנה לו הזדמנות להביא טענותיו לפניה, לפסלו מהחזיק ברשיון נהיגה.
