76. סמכות להקים רשויות
תיקון: תשכ״ב־2, תשפ״ב־2
השר רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר כינונה ומינויה וקביעת תפקידיה של כל רשות שתהא דרושה, לדעתו, בקשר לביצועה של הפקודה; השר יקבע בתקנות את המקומות שבהם רשאים לפעול עובדי ציבור שהורשו כאמור בסעיף 29(א) ואת סימני הזיהוי והוכחת הרשאתם של עובדי ציבור אלה.
