76א. ועדות בירור לחקירת תאונות דרכים
תיקון: תשמ״ד, ק״ת תשמ״ה, תשפ״ב־2
(א)השר רשאי למנות ועדות בירור ובדיקה שתפקידן:
(1)לחקור את גורמיה ונסיבותיה של תאונת דרכים שבה נהרג אדם או נחבל חבלה של ממש;
(2)לייעץ לשר ולהציע לו הצעות בכל הנוגע למניעת תאונות דרכים.
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשטרה ושר המשפטים, רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר מינויין, פעולותיהן וסמכויותיהן של הועדות.
(ג)על חברי הועדות יחולו הוראות סעיפים 117 ו־118 לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
