121. דין מי שצפוי לעונש מוות
הואשם אדם בעבירה שהוא צפוי עליה לעונש מוות ובית המשפט הצבאי רשאי על פי סעיף 165(א) להטיל עונש זה, אין נוהגים כאמור בסעיף 119, אלא רואים אותו כאילו כפר באשמה.
