11. שער האיגרות
שער ההוצאה של איגרות החוב יהיה שוויין הנקוב בכפוף לעליה במדד שחלה ביום רכישתן בין המדד היסודי לבין המדד החדש ובהנחה של אחוז אחד על איגרות שיום רכישתן שש שנים מתאריכן הנקוב ובהנחה של חצי אחוז על איגרות שיום רכישתן לאחר מכן.
