12. אי־מתן זיכוי וניכוי מס הכנסה
על אף האמור בסעיפים 45(א)(1) ו־47 לפקודת מס הכנסה לא יזוכה יחיד ממס, ולא יהא זכאי בניכוי מהכנסתו, בשל הסכומים ששילם כפרמיות בעד ביטוח חייו או חיי אשתו בביטוח חיים חץ 1000.
