125. סעיף 125
תיקון: ע״ר 1965
(1)מי שגנב דברים, מסמכים או ידיעות כאלה שנזכרו בסעיף הקודם או שהשיג אותם – ייענש בעבודות פרך זמנית לתקופה שלא תפחת מעשר שנים.
(2)אם בוצע הפשע לטובת מדינה זרה יהיה העונש מאסר עולם עם עבודות פרך, ואם המדינה הזרה הייתה עויינת, יהיה העונש מוות.
