126. סעיף 126
תיקון: ע״ר 1965
(1)מי שהיה ברשותו חלק מהמסמכים או מהידיעות שנזכרו בסעיף (124) וגילה או הפיץ אותם ללא סיבה חוקית – ייענש בעבודת פרך לתקופה שלא תפחת מעשר שנים.
(2)ייענש במאסר עולם עם עבודות פרך אם גילה את הנ״ל לטובת מדינה זרה, ואם היתה המדינה הזרה עויינת יהיה העונש מוות.
