142. סעיף 142
ייענש במאסר עולם עם עבודת פרך על כל תוקפנות המכוונת לעורר למלחמת אזרחים או מלחמה עדתית, על ידי זיון הירדניים או על ידי הסתתם להזדיין בחלקם נגד החלק השני או על־ידי הסתה לרצח ושוד בשכונה או בשכונות וייגזר דין מוות באם הושלם מעשה התוקפנות.
