150. סעיף 150
כל התכתבות, נאום או מעשה המכוון או הגורם להסערת הקנאות הכיתתית או הגזעית או ההסתה לריב בין העדות לבין יסודות האומה השונים – ייענשו במאסר לתקופה של שישה חודשים עד שלוש שנים ובקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים דינרים.
