151. סעיף 151
(1)כל אדם הנמנה עם אגודה שנוסדה למטרה הנזכרת בסעיף הקודם יהיה צפוי לאותם העונשים.
(2)ולא יפחת המאסר משנה אחת והקנס מעשרה דינרים באם האדם הנזכר מילא תפקיד פעיל באגודה.
(3)בכל המקרים ייפסק על פירוק האגודה ובהחרמת רכושה.
