152. סעיף 152
מי שהפיץ באחד האמצעים הנזכרים בסעיף קטן השני והשלישי מסעיף (73) מאורעות בדויים או טענות שוא כדי לגרום להורדה בערך המטבע הלאומי או לשם הסרת האימון בכח המטבע של הממלכה ובניירות הערך שלה ובכל היסודות הקשורים בבטיחות הכספית הכללית – ייענש במאסר משישה חודשים עד לשלוש שנים ובקנס שלא יעלה על מאה דינרים.
