179. סעיף 179
אם קיבלו – מנהלי ושומרי בתי הסוהר, או המוסדות המשמעתיים או החינוכיים וכל הפקידים אשר שאבו את סמכויותיהם מהנ״ל – אדם בלי תזכיר משפטי או החלטה משפטית או שהשאיר אותו יותר מהזמן הקבוע, יוענשו במאסר מחודש עד שנה.
