180. סעיף 180
הפקידים שנזכרו לעיל וכל קציני המשטרה ומשמר הגבול ואנשיהם וכל הפקידים האדמיניסטרטיביים המסרבים או המעכבים הבאת אדם עצור או אסיר לפני בית המשפט או לפני השופט המוסמך הדורש את זאת יוענשו במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חודשים או בקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים דינרים.
