190. סעיף 190
”השפלה“ פירושה כל השפלה או גידוף (פרט להוצאת שם רע ודיבה) המכוונים כלפי הנפגע פנים אל פנים באמצעות הדיבור או התנועות, הכתיב או הציור שאינם בפומבי, או על־ידי מברק, שיחת טלפון או על ידי יחס גס.
