191. סעיף 191
ייענש על הוצאת שם רע במאסר משלושה חודשים עד לשנתיים באם היה מכוון לפרלמנט או לאחד מחבריו בזמן בצוע תפקידו או מסיבת מעשה שנבע מתפקידו, או היה מכוון לאחד הגופים הרשמיים, בתי המשפט, המינהל הציבורי, הצבא או כל פקיד בזמן מילוי תפקידו או כתוצאה ממעשה שנבע ממנו.
