209. סעיף 209
מי שהודיע לרשות השיפוטית או לאיזו רשות המוטל עליה להודיע לרשות השיפוטית על איזו עבירה שלא בוצעה ומי שגרם להתחלת חקירה ראשונית או משפטית על־ידי בדיית ראיות מטריאליות על עבירה כזאת, יוענש במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חודשים או בקנס שלא יעלה על עשרה דינרים או בשני העונשים יחד.
