218. סעיף 218
(1)מומחה שמונה על ידי הרשות המשפטית בתביעה אזרחית או פלילית ופסק בדבר שאינו תואם את האמת או פירש אותו בפירוש לא נכון, והוא יודע את האמת, ייענש במאסר משלושה חודשים עד לשלוש שנים, וייאסר עליו להיות מומחה לאחר מכן.
(2)וייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית באם תפקיד המומחה היה קשור בתביעה פלילית.
