226. סעיף 226
יוענש במאסר עד לשלושה חודשים או בקנס עד לעשרה דינרים או בשני העונשים יחד מי שמתרים בצורה פומבית או בכל אמצעי מאמצעי הפירסום לשם קבלת פיצוי על פסק־דין פלילי שהטיל קנסות, אגרות, דמי נזיקין או דמי אבטלה.
