227. סעיף 227
(1)ייענש במאסר מחודש עד לשנה או בקנס מעשרה דינרים עד לחמישים דינרים:
(א)מי ששם ידו על נכס שהוצא מרשותו באופן חוקי.
(ב)מי שמפיר את הצעדים שננקטו על־ידי בית המשפט כדי לשמור את הבעלות או החזקה.
(2)ואם המעשה היה מלווה במעשי אלימות יהיה המאסר משלושה חודשים עד לשנתיים.
