232. סעיף 232
העונש האמור לעיל יופחת עד למחציתו, אם העבריין הביא למעצרו של הבורח או הניע אותו להסגיר את עצמו תוך שלושה חודשים מיום בריחתו, בתנאי שתוך היות הבורח בחופשי לא ביצע עבירה נוספת מסוג פשע או עוון.
