236. סעיף 236
(1)מי שזייף את חותם המדינה או חתימת הוד מלכותו המלך או חותמו או השתמש בחותם המזויף והוא יודע את זאת, ייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה של שבע שנים לפחות.
(2)מי שהשתמש ללא זכות בחותם המדינה או זייף טביעת חותמה, ייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית.
