כל מי שעושה עבירה מאחת העבירות הנזכרות בשני הסעיפים האחרונים, לאחר שקודם לכן נתחייב בדין על אחת העבירות דלעיל, ייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה שלא תעלה על חמש שנים.
