268. סעיף 268
ייענש במאסר לתקופה מחודש עד לשישה חודשים כל אדם:
(1)המשתמש בתעודה להתנהגות טובה שהוצאה לאדם אחר על מנת לקבל עבודה.
(2)הוצאה לו תעודה להתנהגות טובה ומסרה, מכרה או השאילה לאדם אחר על מנת להשתמש בה להשגת עבודה.
