272. סעיף 272
איש אשר:–
(1)מוחק את הרשום בשיק או מוסיף בו או המשנה בו, או –
(2)הנותן או מקבל שיק ערוך והוא יודע שהרשום בו נמחק, הוסף או שונה, –
ייענש במאסר משנה עד שלוש שנים וקנס שלא יפחת מחמישים דינרים.
