287. סעיף 287
(1)מי שחוטף או מסתיר ילד למטה מגיל שבע, או מחליפו בילד אחר או מיחס לאיזו אשה תינוק שלא ילדה אותו, ייענש במאסר לתקופה משלושה חודשים עד לשלוש שנים.
(2)ולא יפחת העונש ממאסר של ששה חודשים באם המטרה מהעבירה או תוצאתה, היתה סילוק או סילוף הראיה הקשורה במצבו האישי של התינוק או רישום מצב אישי בדוי ברישומים הרשמיים.
