כל אשה אשר הביאה את עצמה לידי הפלה על־ידי שימוש בכל אמצעי שהוא, או הרשתה שישתמשו כלפיה באמצעי כזה, ייגזר עליה עונש מאסר לתקופה מששה חודשים עד לשלוש שנים.
