329. סעיף 329
”כוונה תחילה“ – פרושה הכוונה שהוחלט עליה לפני המעשה לשם ביצוע עבירה מסוג עוון או פשע, כשמטרת המתכוון היא לפגוע באדם מסויים או בכל אדם סתם שיפגוש, בין אם הכוונה נובעת מאירוע כל שהוא או מותנית בתנאי מסוים.
