333. סעיף 333
המכה אדם בכוונה או הפוצע אותו או המסב לו נזק, על־ידי שמוש בכח, והתקיפה גורמת למחלה או להעדרות מהעבודה לתקופה העולה על 20 יום – דינו מאסר משלושה חדשים עד שלוש שנים.
