369. סעיף 369
ייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית כל אדם המשלח אש בזדון:–
(1)בחורשות או ביערות עצים לחטיבה של אחרים, או בפרדסים או ביבולים לפני קצירתם.
(2)בחורשות או ביערות עצים לחטיבה או בפרדסים או ביבולים שהם רכושו הפרטי ושמהם התפשטה האש לרכוש של אחרים וגרמה לו נזק.
