ייענש בעבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית כל אדם המשלח אש בזדון בבנינים בלתי מאוכלסים ואינם משמשים למגורים והנמצאים במקומות מחוץ לאיזורים מאוכלסים, או ביבולים או בערימות קש או בערימות חציר או בערימות או חבילות עצים לתדלוק בין אם היו הדברים האלה רכושו הפרטי שממנה התפשטה האש לרכוש אחרים ובין אם לאו.
