383. סעיף 383
כל תעשיין או בעל בית־מלאכה המזניח התקנת מכשירים או סימנים כדי למנוע תאונות עבודה או שהוא השאירם בצורה בלתי ראויה לשימוש – ייענש במאסר לתקופה מחודש עד לשנתיים או בקנס מעשרה דינרים עד לחמישים דינרים.
