385. סעיף 385
(1)העוקר בזדון אחד מהמכשירים האלה או המוציא אותם מכלל שימוש – ייענש במאסר לתקופה משלושה חודשים עד לשנתיים.
(2)ויוטלו עבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית אם נגרם על־ידי המעשה תאונה חמורה ובעבודות פרך עם מאסר עולם באם נגרמו אבידות בנפש.
