427. סעיף 427
(1)תופחת מחצית העונש באם העוונות שצוינו בסעיפים המרכיבים את הפרק הראשון, השני והשלישי הסבו נזק או הביאו למבצע תועלת בלתי חשובה ובאם הנזק הוסר כולו לפני פתיחת תביעה בבית המשפט.
(2)ואם הוחזר ערך הנזק או הוסר בזמן ההליכים המשפטיים ולפני הוצאת איזה פסק דין – ואפילו לא סופי – יופחת רבע העונש.
