433. סעיף 433
המרמה בתור צד לחוזה בטיב הסחורה או בתכונותיה, ביסודותיה או בהרכב הפרטים התועלתיים שבה או בסוגה או במקורה במידה וקביעת הסוג והמקור הם על־פי הסכם או על־פי הנוהג הגורם העיקרי למכירה, יהיה צפוי למאסר מחודש עד לשנה ובקנס מחמשה דינרים עד לחמישים דינרים או באחד מהעונשים האלה.
