447. סעיף 447
אם בוצעה העבירה הנזכרת לעיל בכדי להקל על גזילת קרקע או גזילתה על־ידי איומים או מעשי אלימות נגד אנשים, ייענש העבריין במאסר לתקופה מחודש עד לשנה, ובקנס מחמישה דינרים עד לעשרים וחמישה דינרים.
