446. סעיף 446
הסותם, ולו באופן חלקי, בור או הורס חומה מאיזה חומר שהוא או הקורע או עוקר גדר בין אם הוא ירוק ובין אם הוא יבש, או הורס, מחריב, או מעביר איזה ציון גבול שבין הנכסים השונים יהיה צפוי לעונש מאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חודשים או בקנס שלא יעלה על עשרים דינרים.
