459. סעיף 459
ייגזר עונש מאסר עד לשבוע או בקנס עד לחמישה דינרים על כל אדם הגורם ל:–
(1)הריסת הכבישים והרחבות הציבוריים.
(2)חרישה, זריעה או נטיעה ללא הרשאה באדמה הנמצאת בתחום שבעים וחמישה סנטימטרים משפת הכביש הציבורי.
(3)עקירת או השחתת השלטים ולוחות המספרים והקילומטרים הנקבעים בהצטלבות הרחובות או על הבנינים או על אחד הצדדים.
