462. סעיף 462
כל שהנהו בעל בית מלון, בית מרזח, וחדרים מרוהטים להשכרה, המזניח לנהל ספר תקין שבו יירשם לפי המספר הרץ את שם כל אדם לן או שוהה בלילה אצלו, מקצועו, מקום לידתו, תאריך הלינה ותאריך עזיבתו את המקום, ושאינו מראה ספר זה בעת כל דרישה על־ידי רשות מוסמכת דינו קנס עד לחמישה דינרים.
