474. סעיף 474
יוטל עונש מאסר עד לחודש אחד ובקנס עד לחמישה דינרים על כל אדם בין אם הוא בעל מקצוע, אמן ובין אם לא, הנמנע ללא הצדקה מלהושיט עזרה או בצוע איזה מעשה או שירות בעת אירוע מקרה טביעה, שטפון, שריפה או איזה אסון אחר או בעת שוד בדרכים, מעשה ביזה, עבירה בפני עדים, קריאה להצלה או בעת הוצאה לפועל של צוי בית המשפט.
