94. סעיף 94
בהתחשב עם האמור בחוק תיקון הנוער:
(1)לא יישפט בפלילים מי שלא השלים את התשע שנים מגילו.
(2)לא ישא באחריות פלילית מי שלא השלים את השתיים עשרה מגילו, אלא אם הוכח כי בזמן ביצוע המעשה היה ביכולתו להבין שאסור לו לבצע את אותו מעשה.
