93. סעיף 93
לא ישא אדם באחריות פלילית אם בזמן עשותו את המעשה היה בלא הכרה או היה בלתי שקול במעשיו כתוצאה מטשטוש הנגרם על ידי אלכוהול או סמים משכרים מאיזה סוג שהוא, במידה והוא לקח אותם בלי רצונו ומבלי ידיעתו.
