5. הפסקת בניה
הממונה או מי שהוסמך לכך מטעמו, רשאי לצוות, בכתב, על אדם העושה דבר הטעון היתר כאמור בסעיף 2 בלא היתר או בסטיה מתנאי ההיתר להפסיק מיד את הבניה.
