תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
על חיוב צרכנים לפי כללים אלה, על הסדר תשלומים ועל החזר תשלום יתר יחולו, לפי העניין, סעיפים 31, 32 ו־35 לכללי אמות המידה, ויקראו את אותם סעיפים כאילו במקום ”לחברה“ נאמר ”למועצה האזורית“.
