1. סוגי תשלומים לענין סעיף 127פח(ב)
הזכאי לגימלת סיעוד לפי החוק וכן לתשלום עבור עזרת הזולת או עבור עזרה בבית לפי אחד החוקים המפורטים להלן, הברירה בידו לבחור באחד מהם –
(1)חוק הנכים (תגמולים ושיקום), התשי״ט–1959 [נוסח משולב];
(2)חוק משפחות חיילים שנספו במערכה (תגמולים ושיקום), התש״י–1950;
(3)חוק המשטרה (נכים ונספים), התשמ״א–1981;
