42. נסיון, שידול ועזרה
המנסה לעשות עבירה לפי הסעיפים 37 עד 41 לפקודה זו, או משדל, מפתה, מסית או עוזר לעשות עבירה כזאת, או מטשטש את עקבותיו של עבריין אחרי המעשה, יהיה צפוי, בצאתו חייב בדין, לאותם הענשים כמו עושה העבירה עצמו.
