118. תום תוקף התעודה
על אף האמור בתקנה 117, תעודה שהונפקה תחדל להיות תקפה בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)האנייה הוצאה משירות;
(2)הונפקה לאנייה תעודה חדשה לאחר שעברה שינוי יסודי;
(3)עם העברת האנייה לדגל זר.
