101. מתן תעודה למניעת זיהום אוויר
המנהל ינפיק לכלי שיט ישראלי מהסוג המפורט בתקנה 82(1) ו־(2) תעודה בין־לאומית למניעת זיהום אוויר (בסימן זה – התעודה) לאחר שהבודק המוסמך מצא בבדיקה ראשונית או בבדיקת חידוש כי כלי השיט עומד בדרישות תקנות אלה במלואן.
